D Day has arrived!
Yes the time has come once more to try and shed a few unwanted pounds. (Oh who am I kidding I need to shed a TON of unwanted pounds).
I hate dieting just about as much as I hate cleaning house. (which is A LOT) I just hope that I will remember to be nice to the folks who love me lumps and all because they deserve a medal for sure.
It would be nice if they could invent a pill that would just delete 10 pounds but since that is not possible I must do it the old fashioned way.
My plan is an easy one: Eat Less – Exercise more – drink more water and the hardest part SLEEP MORE!
Tomorrow is weigh in day and once a week I will post my progress. I shall post my triumphs and my tragedies.
